PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

To unload palletized merchandise more than 2.4m long, the client must have the necessary means such as an elevator or support personnel for manual unloading. It is not the responsibility or work of the carrier to unload orders of these characteristics or transport the package into the home or premises, unless the installation of the product has been expressly contracted.
