Description

The vine shoot is a natural product obtained from the pruning of the vine. The shoots are dried outdoors until their humidity is reduced to the ideal value for combustion. Once cut and not crushed, we bag it to keep all its properties intact and to provide its unmistakable aroma to all foods roasted with it.
