Fantastic hot tub. Relatively quick delivery to Ireland. I was concerned about some of the reviews but no issues and my predelivery enquiries were answered promptly. Only issue is it comes with a European 2 pin plug which needs a grounded adapter to avoid the 6cf error. I had to figure this out myself but no big deal.
Lovely hot tub, big and spacious, comfortable, easy to operate. Delivery to Ireland was long but Customer Service was great and friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing you need to be aware of if you order to Ireland is that the plug is different but there was no problem once we got adapter. I’m happy with my order. I recommend the product and the website. Thank you. Joanna

Still to set up but packaged well, good instructions and seems straightforward. Came with european plug rather than UK but I knew this in advance and had already purchased the appropriate adaptor from ToughLeads which means it will be good to go!
Arrived day early, I was able to track the delivery all the way at every stage. Very happy with this product, easily assembled - looks great. Only comment maybe that the roof could be a bit thicker, only 6mm.still a very good product for the price. I'm happy. PAA.
My Son Loved this Car awash. He is Car Wash mad and Water mad and has 3 car washes already, this was so much fun and he wants to have it out all the time. Order came when promised and so Thank You👍🏻
