The product was exactly as I ordered. Really good quality. Assembly of arm chairs was easy the three seater was a little more tricky. Only problem I had was to fit all five back rests / supports. Ons side of all of them was a bit distorted and would not snap into place. With the careful use of a heat gun I got them to fit pretty ok. I would say the problem happened after manufacturing while the moulding was flexible, and the edge curved in. Product has been much admired.
