PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

To unload palletized merchandise more than 2.4m long, the client must have the necessary means such as an elevator or support staff for manual unloading. It is not the responsibility or work of the carrier to unload orders of these characteristics or transport the package into the home or premises, unless the installation of the product has been expressly contracted.

In the case of the houses of wood on pallets greater than 2.4m in length, unloading will have to be expressly the responsibility of the client, since these measurements exceed the width of the truck and unloading by pallet truck from the rear is impossible. Delivery of all palletized orders will be at street level only if the package does not exceed 2.4m in length. If the client prefers, it can be delivered to the nearest branch according to the destination for subsequent transfer. In no case is the transport company obliged to bring the package into the home or take it up to a floor.

1.- Check that the content of the delivery note corresponds to the expected merchandise.

2.- Confirm that the packaging is in perfect condition at the time of receipt, this includes complete metal strapping without defects. or repaired cuts, also check that there are no openings in the gray plastic film that surrounds the entire package. And verify that the package does not appear to reveal any anomaly.

3.- If you consider that the product is not in good condition, you must always leave it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, clearly explaining the incident and taking photographs that reflect the problem. ATTENTION: IT IS NOT VALID TO NOTE. "UNLESS EXAMINATION OR PENDING REVIEW", when poor conditions are evident, you must be much more specific including explanatory text and in the last case contact our company or reject reception.
